Corporate yacht charters in Dubai
A corporate yacht charter in Dubai starts at AED 2,250 for three hours with twelve guests, invoiced in dirhams with the operating company's TRN. It suits client hosting, team days and brand shoots. Quiet enough to hold a conversation, and impressive enough that nobody asks where the venue is.

Client hosting on a boat solves a problem that restaurants do not: your guests cannot leave and neither can you, so the two hours you booked are actually two hours of their attention. It is also memorable in a way a private dining room is not, which is most of the point.
For team days the useful size is the 62ft: twenty-two people, a saloon with air conditioning when the afternoon gets heavy, and enough deck for the group to break into smaller conversations. Anything smaller and the team sits in one circle for four hours.
Brand shoots and filming are permitted with notice. We have run product launches, fashion shoots and drone work off the 85ft; the constraint is usually the permit rather than the boat, and we will tell you what your shoot needs before you book it.

What is included
- Tax invoice in dirhams with the operating company's TRN
- Crew briefed on your schedule before anyone boards
- Air-conditioned saloon on the 62ft and 85ft
- Catering, bar service and branded materials by arrangement
- Filming, photography and drone work with notice and permits
Worth knowing
- Payment terms are available for companies with a trade licence. Individuals pay a deposit and the balance on the day.
- Drone work needs a permit; allow a week for it rather than a day.
- For a client charter, tell us the guests' names. A crew who greet people by name changes the first five minutes.
Corporate yacht charter splits two ways: client hosting and a team day
These are the two common corporate bookings and they pull in different directions. Client hosting needs to be quiet enough to hold a conversation, which rules out the flybridge under way and points at a boat with a proper air-conditioned saloon — the 55ft or the 85ft. Seating that lets eight people face each other matters more than deck area.
A team day wants the opposite: deck, a swim platform, music, and enough space that thirty people are not queuing. The 62ft or 85ft, three or four hours, and an anchor stop long enough for everyone to get in the water.
A launch or a brand shoot is different again — it is scheduled around light and location rather than comfort, and the boat is a platform rather than a venue. Say which of the three it is in the enquiry; it changes the recommendation more than the headcount does.
The seven things that get you a firm quote
Corporate enquiries usually take four messages to reach a price because the first one is missing something. Seven details get a boat, a rate and an availability answer in one reply: the date and whether it is fixed, the window and duration, the total headcount, the purpose, the catering position, whether anything is being filmed, and the legal entity to invoice.
The headcount is the one that causes problems later. The licensed number counts everybody physically aboard, and that includes the caterer's two staff, the photographer and the DJ. A team of twenty with a photographer and two catering staff is twenty-three, which is a different boat from the one carrying twenty-two.
Send the invoicing entity, address and TRN with the booking rather than after the event. A tax invoice reissued in a different name afterwards is an accounting problem for both sides, and some finance teams will not accept it at all.
Timing it around the working week
The two windows that work are 12:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, and the second is better for almost every purpose. It picks up the sunset, it does not cost anyone a full working day, and it ends at an hour where guests can go on somewhere or go home.
Avoid Friday for anything with a mixed team — it is the weekend here and attendance suffers. Thursday evening is the strongest slot of the week and books furthest ahead: give it a month between October and April. Midweek afternoons are the easiest to secure and the cheapest to move if a date slips, which for a booking with several diaries involved is worth more than it sounds.

Yes. Every corporate charter is invoiced in dirhams with the operating company's TRN, and payment terms are available for companies holding a UAE trade licence.
Can you film or shoot a brand campaign on the yacht?
Yes, with notice. Filming, photography and drone work are all permitted; the constraint is the permit rather than the boat. Allow a week for drone approval.
